Business Coaching > How does it work?

Invariably business coaching requires an initial face to face meeting so as we can both get to know each other and ensure that we gel. I will travel to meet with you at your premises and the meeting will last for one and a half hours. It will be through this meeting that the key areas of concern will start to be highlighted.

Following this meeting I will email you back a report highlighting the areas discussed and setting out the actions required that you have agreed to.

In addition to our regular meetings I would be available for a 10 minute telephone coaching session when ever you needed it. This I believe you will find to be invaluable as you need clarification on issues we have discussed or simply need a sounding board to bounce ideas off of.
